Nick has now sold 2 homes for me, my family home in Beloit and now my condo in Janesville. After we worked together (very important to me) and found the right buyers for my family home, I asked him if he would sell my condo too after I built my new home in Janesville. That's how impressed and confident I was with Nick. He listened with caring to my needs and wishes for both homes and realized how important both were to me. He went out of his way to make the sales happen while always conferring with me and hearing my ideas. He'd always tell me honestly where things were with the housing market and my condo and reassuring me when the outlook looked a bit dreary. Always POSITIVE and REASSURING no matter the situation!
