Celebrating over 30 years selling real estate in Madison and Dane County. Graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Born and raised in Madison and a life long resident. Rick Lyngaas was his choice and we understand why. He has made our experience effortless on our part. We know our circumstances were unusual as unexpected changes required a lot more behind the scenes work on his part than most sales. However, he knew exactly what was needed and made very few requests of us to facilitate the sale of our house in a timely manor, even as sales declined rapidly in the housing market. His concise communication and professionalism, as well as knowledge, where key. His quick responses to inquiries would put most of us to shame. (Well, me at least!) Add patience and personality to that equation and it makes Rick the perfect agent. I can't imagine a better outcome of our whole experience. Buyer reviewRick had all the qualities listed, and more. We tend to be a high strung nervous family, but Rick's calm manner kept things on an even keel. Explaining the paperwork, answering our questions, deciphering the language and recommending consultation with our lawyer (and why), if we felt we needed that, along with many other concerns. Our whole experience was a smooth transition. We are not done with Rick yet. He will be selling our home next and we know that he is waiting patiently for us to catch up on our end. We are looking forward to it.
