Seller reviewSarah was always my first choice as a realtor. I had her as a student and I knew her well enough that I trusted her completely with the sale of my house. Also, a couple of years ago, a friend of mine called me and asked if I knew of a realtor to help her sell her dad's house. I recommended Sarah and my friend called me and said Sarah had been wonderful and they sold the house quickly. Anytime I sent Sarah a text I received almost immediate feedback. Sarah did a great job working with me and selling my house. She was always able to answer my questions, was calm and patient, and reassuring when I would get a little nervous! My house sold quickly and I am very happy with what I received in the transaction! Sarah was knowledgeable, helpful, and great to work with and I would highly recommend her!

Seller reviewSarah Darner was our real estate agent for the selling of my parents' home in rural Elsie. Sarah was quite familiar with the this area. The home sold and was closed on in a little over a month after it was listed, which was important to our family. (We did not want to heat and pay the expenses of keeping up the empty home, especially during the winter.) Sarah Darner came recommended to us through a long time friend and I am so glad we used Sarah. She was always prompt and prepared for meetings and gave excellent feed back and suggestions to us. If we had an issue, she had an answer and worked it out. She was great in explaining the process to us as we were rookies in the sale of a home. Sarah Darner made what was an emotional time of parting with our childhood family home much easier and she was a pleasure to work with during the process.

Overall a very positive experience and well worth the costs.
