Tammy Lund explained everything in great detail to us- sometimes over & over again until we understood, helped us enormously in going thru Town of Albion & Dane County requirements, told us what to expect with each step. Her knowledge was extremely valuable to us. I really never understood how important a realtor is in selling property and I was amazed at Tammy's all around knowledge and helpfulness. Tammy always would go above & beyond with all aspects of the sale. She is perfect!! I love her attitude, knowledge and quick wit and mostly how helpful she is. I would recommend Tammy Lund to anyone, knowing she will give them her all and help them have a great experience in selling their property.

I felt that Tammy Lund was very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of what is involved in getting a home ready to sell and what kinds of verifications need to be done. She knew who to call and set up the perfect timeline for my needs. She worked with me to make sure all of my requests and deadlines were met. I think Tammy did an excellent job in marketing and selling my house. I have anxiety and Tammy Lund was quite skilled at calming me down when I got stressed! I will definitely use her again if I am ever in the position to need an agent. .

I did not even consider another agent/broker when time came to list my home. I knew that Tammy Lund would be looking out for my best interest all the way around. She was my agent 9 years ago when I purchased this house, so I have used her expertise as both a buyer and a seller. She is top notch. Tammy is a true professional in every aspect of her job as a real estate agent/broker. My experience with Tammy was superb. Tammy is definitely a great asset to Century 21.
