Seller reviewFrom the first conversation, we knew Tina Deforge was a team player. From the start, miles(States actually) separated us. We needed an agent that could help us do what was needed to be done. Because we lived in Arizona, we needed an honest assessment of the property. She guided us through the repairs and even recommended people to help us out. She became our advocate. Being miles away, she continually checked up on our home and gave us honest comments. When the new buyer tried to "fabricate" issues, she would make an extra stop and be our voice. She was amazing. We are so thankful that we were able to take our home that was used as our son went through college to renting it out for several years to cleaning it up and remodeling it to selling it, all while being thousands of miles away from the property. What a professional process we went through. For anyone who is looking for an agent who truly cares, who has feet on the ground, who is honest and willing to go way beyond to get the job done, we highly recommend Tina Deforge!
