Seller reviewWe were so lucky to have previously known Bob through family + friends and engaged Bob when we purchased a fixer upper from family/a private sale with a goal to fix it up ourselves and sell it for profit. Bob not only performed bi-annual market analysis but provided advice each step of the way to maximize our plan. When it was time to list, and also begin a search of our own, Bob flawlessly guided us through both journeys and transactions often going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were supported. When factors outside of his or our control occurred during the process, he took the utmost care to shepard us through the adversity and to the finish line. We sold our home in record time and found our dream home all thanks to Bob. To top it all off, a week later after closing when we discovered a package delivery mishap, he personally ensured it was retrieved and delivered it to our home a few hours later. We can recommend Bob enough!

Bob was extremely knowledgeable from both a buyer and seller's perspective. He made sure to point out things that fell outside of what you'd normally see on a listing such as how something may impact you from a day-to-day perspective once you're living in the house. He also took the time to make sure we understood every part of the homebuying and selling process and he was always available to answer our questions. As a seller, he came to our house months before we listed it and gave us some tips on what we could do to improve our house and get it ready to go to market. We've recommended him to our family members and they've had a great experience with him as well. Highly recommend Bob!
