I am a veteran of the trades being an H.V.A.C. Journeymen and closely work with other trades and contractors for ten years. As a Real estate professional, I look to take my vast knowledge of how houses work and put it to use when it comes to choosing your best real estate options. Since I haves worked in the trades and with contractors, I will look at more angles than just your average realtor when it comes to picking your perfect house. So if we watched too many episodes of "Fixer Upper", I can give you my best Chip impersonation and help see if your dream concept is possible.
