Buyer reviewDave Weinart is the best realtor I have ever worked with. It was a year and a half ordeal trying to sell my condo while also trying to find the dream home. There were so many questions that Dave answered without hesitation and with great inside that really appreciated. He took the time to go to every property and go over the pros and cons. He really does care about his clients at wants for them. After all the paperwork and finally signing I feel very confident in my purchase. I have a few friends who are tired of renting and thinking about buying their first home and Dave is the first person who I would recommend.

Buyer reviewFrom day one, Dave Weinert listened to our needs and found viable properties. He made himself available to show properties in a timely manner even when some of the properties were 40 to 50 miles from his location. When the seller of the house we had a contract with surprised us with the fact that the property had not been approved by the sellers bank for the amount of the offer, he stayed diligent, assuring and followed through until the end.
