Seller reviewI had contacted another Realtor and they had told me that I should only list the house for much lower due to location, etc. I contacted Deanna and she was confident that the house would sell for a significant amount over what the other Realtor had determined. I'm so glad I called her, not only was she there for me as a family friend during a difficult time she took care of everything and the house sold for $55k more than what I would have listed with the other Realtor. Deanna made this entire transaction very easy for me. I live out of state and never had to worry about task getting done, appointments being met, or her being available to answer any questions I had. Deanna always went above and beyond with helping me in any way she could regardless of time or issue. I would highly recommend working with Deanna/Century 21 Affiliated for anyone looking to sell a home.
