Jack'e went above and beyond my expectations for a realtor. She helped me clean for hours, found people for me to hire to take care of necessary repairs, and moving items out of the house. Jack'e is a very kind and caring person. She even brought and bought lunch for me. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help sell my home for me! I am pleased with the sale of my house. Century 21 has a very good reputation in my book! Jack'e was very efficient and always got back with me whenever I asked a question in a timely manner. Jacke Woolley was very kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She didn't try to get us to buy the most expensive houses; in fact, she even did her best to point out things that we would like and not like about each house, while keeping well within our budget. Probably the most critical factor in finding an agent was our desire for a Christian agent. Some of the factors you listed were important and helpful, but the Christian factor was the deciding factor. Jackie Woolley had come out to see us months before and had spent time talking with us. At that time we did not know if we would even entertain the idea of moving. We wanted to meet her though, just in case. That conversation cinched it for us. She took the time to talk and listen (a long time), and not many real estate people have ever been that kind. We went looking for HER when it was evident we were going to most likely be selling, only to find out, she was no longer with the agency she had been with at the time of our long talk in our driveway. So, I went looking, and found her at Century 21. Jackie was with us every step of the way! She was available pronto when we had questions! She is truly a professional!!!! Even though we were super tired, mentally exhausted, Jackie had great patience, but never acted like we were taxing her. She treated us so kindly and with a sweet and easy-going nature. She did her homework for everything in a very timely manner. My husband and I have worked with three other agents prior to Jackie over the years. None of them were as helpful, down-to-earth, and insightful as she was. If I were to buy or sell a house right now, I would only want Jackie!
