Seller reviewMs Byrd completely impressed my wife and I upon meeting with us. She came to our meeting as if it was a cooperate meeting. She was fully prepared. She provided us with several comps, folders, market strategies, realistic market prices you name it. I never had such an experience with a realtor. She is certainly a professional who takes her job seriously and strives to provide the best service, while keeping customers within a realistic market price. It was certainly a pleasure to work with her. She was honest, upfront about everything and kept constant communication with us.

If we could have convinced Joan to come to St. Louis to find our next house we would have chosen her for that too. As it is, Joan put us in touch with the realtor that we used up here and he was great also. We honestly can't recommend her enough. Truly a pleasure to work with.
