My wife and I live in NC and had to sell my mothers home after her passing in May, in Oak Lawn where I grew up, we knew of Century 21 and called a local office, John answered the call, we had a conversation, explained our issue of being so far away, John was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable of the area, supplied comps quickly after a visit to the house, we discussed the market, available inventory in our range, offer to sell price data, and other points, we made the decision to sign on with John! This sale was unusual, we had an open house, one offer 4 days on the market, 5 days before closing the buyer could not secure financing, we relisted, same price, another open house, 6 days on the market we have another offer, 60 days after the contract was signed and 3 extensions to close, that deal fell apart. The third listing we had an offer in 3 days, two closing extensions we finally closed. John hung in their through every offer doing all he could to close each deal. I can't say enough good comments about John through the sale of my mother home!!!
