Things were done promptly and questions were answered in a matter of minutes. Never a need for a reminder or follow up. Ken had great knowledge of our location and knew every aspect of our model of house. Ken negotiated an offer that was well beyond what we had expected. He efficiently handled all the paperwork and connected us with all the necessary partners (lawyer, etc.) to complete the sale in less than 3 weeks. We had renters in there at the time and he did a great job of working with our tenants for showings and making sure the house was presentable for showings. When pictures needed to be taken of the property to list it, he personally picked up and cleaned certain areas of the home so the pictures looked great. I highly recommend Ken Thomson.
