Seller reviewI really appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Laura, I could text her any time with questions and she would respond quickly. She understood my situation and marketed the house to potential buyers that would come close to the asking price. This was my first time buying and selling a home and she made things fairly simple for me by explaining the process. I would use her services again in the future.

Buyer reviewEven though myself and the person I was buying a house with started slow Laura kept in touch and was ready to go as soon as we had everything straight. After we did she worked effortlessly to find and send me listing to look and showed me every house I wanted to see. After a few months of looking and putting offers in on other places we finally found one that was the right one for me and my group of friends and the offer got accepted. She was on the other realtor to make sure everything was done on their end and allowed myself and my friend to finish what we needed to get done to secure our loan.

Buyer reviewIt was such a great pleasure working with Laura. She has been extremely patient through out our journey towards purchasing a home. When we started the home search, the market conditions were bad for buyers. We visited many houses in multiple locations, did multiple bids. There were times when we went low, but she supported us morally and kept us strong. She even followed up on the property closing for us from her hospital bed. Extremely rare to find! She made the buying experience easy even though the sellers were hard to work with and continued to help up after the closing to make sure all agreements were met.
