Elisabeth was so helpful in our process to find a house, especially with us conducting all of our house hunting while overseas. Lisa was hands down the greatest asset we had during this home buying experience. We dealt with a lot of bumps on the builder side and Lisa helped us every step of the way. We are military and lived out of state at the time and Lisa went by and took video for us to send for updates. She helped us to keep our sanity multiple times with many problems we encountered with the builder and to get them fixed. Lisa Christianson was very professional, informative, and a great advocate for our wants and needs throughout this process. She did a great job with the sale of our house from start to finish. The pictures and descriptions displayed our home beautifully. We had an impressive 76 families go through over the three days the house was showing and received 37 offers. She did a great job with setting up the sale and presenting the offers in a way that was less overwhelming. We received all the offers but then she helped organize them according to our wishes and her knowledge to help us make an informed decision. Overall, the process was really seamless. We were very pleased with it from start to finish and sold our house at an outstanding price. We had received a market analysis from Lisa previously, but it was the referral from a good friend who had sold their home that clinched the deal for us. Originally we had planned on selling in 2020 as we were planning to move to Orlando. However, we decided to keep the house as an investment property until we were comfortable with the move as there was always an option to move back. We ran into some issued finding a realtor in Orlando, but Lisa helped by recommending us to someone that was able to help us secure a home. We knew if we we ever decided to sell in Wesley Chapel we would be working with Lisa. A year after dealing with tenants and not happy with how that was working out we saw the opportunity was there to sell and we contacted Lisa to do another market analysis, we went forward with the decision to sell. Lisa could not have been easier to work with. She worked with us while we got the house back into shape to market it and it was sold within a day! She was outstanding!
