I currently work with seniors and specializing in listing and selling in over 55 communities throughout Chicagoland and the Southwest Suburbs. Over 40 years experience in the real estate business including owning my own Century 21 office. In 2014, I merged with Century 21 Circle. I have trained hundreds of agents and enjoy this business tremendously. I was the President of the Illinois Realtors Association in 2012. In 2015, I was awarded the tremendous honor of being the Illinois Realtor of the Year, a selection from over 50,000 Illinois Realtor members. I am currently on the State of Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulations Real Estate Board.

Lauretta was aware of my needs as well as the buyer/s needs. I felt things went smoothly. After the sale and closing Lauretta was available to me and even made sure that my property was turned over to me. It made a stressful experience less stressful. When I called the office with a concern. the staff was courteous and able to answer my questions.

She also took charge of getting them access to the house because I do not live nearby. The people she got did excellent work at a reasonable price.
