IF I DIDN;T UNDERSTAND SHE TOOK HER TIME TO EXPLAIN UNTIL I KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT. SHE WOULD ASK ME DO I UNDERSTAND, MAKING SURE BEFORE WE HUNG UP I DID UNDERSTAND, SHE MADE YOU FEEL THAT YOU COULD TRUST HER AND I DID. I WAS SO RELAX WITH HER BECAUSE SHE MADE ME FEEL THAT WAY. Seller reviewEverything Patricia Nelson does is done in a timely manner. Her knowledge of the market is excellent. You can trust her to make the right decisions. She will have your best interest at heart. Our sale was remote. Patricia was always available. She was extremely patient with us and guided us to a good outcome. She went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. She had excellent contacts for renovations, staging etc with fair prices and getting work done in a timely manner. With us not being there she had to do things on our behalf that an agent normally would not have to do. I have never met her in person but feel like she is a friend. Thank you Pratrica for EVERYTHING you did for us! You rock! Anyone who gets Paticia Nelson for an agent will come out a winner!
