I chose to work with Pj due to his understanding of the market, selecting and finding the best deals, and his "let's get this done" attitude. He will meet with you prior to get an understanding of everything that you want and need with the new purchase or rental. When we met, he asked about what public transit I needed, parking, central A/C, and in unit washer and dryer, etc. He then came up with a series of lists and we went to go look at all of them.
