Rhonda is everything you need in a broker. She is knowledgeable in real estate, laws, contracts, the area, negotiation, and pricing strategy. Her personality compliments her knowledge in that she offers information appropriately, never attempting to influence a decision, but always offering insight and information for a sound decision to be made which makes her a trusted advisor. She is attentive, responsive, and treats all requests with the same level of urgency no matter the size of the transaction. She is pleasant and genuine and having worked with other agents in the past, Rhonda surpasses them all and I will always seek her out as my agent for deals in the Tampa Bay Area.
