Seller reviewRob was excellent from the get go. He came to our first meeting extremely prepared and with all the homework done. He clearly knew the area and other parts in Chicago, identified the best features of our property and used them to sell the unit to potential buyers. He was communicative at all times and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable in the real state game.

Seller reviewRob found us our house in Chicago when we moved in 2019 from out of state and was able to put us in a large, beautiful walk-up penthouse at a great price. He also was able to steer us to the best neighborhood and find me a short commute to the West Loop by being near the Metra. When we decided to move back West, it was never even a consideration not to make Rob our first call! He and his team didn't disappoint, quickly navigating us through the process, helping calm our anxieties at every step, bringing on the best people to help with repairs, photos/marketing, and showing (Julie is wonderful) and we were under contract within two days of listing with multiple offers! He also navigated us through a complicated rent back as we were in between houses. We love Rob so much, we recommended him to our downstairs neighbor who worked with Rob to sell just after we did!
