Making others happy to find their dream home is my goal. The base of my business continues to grow more from previous customers than any other means which I find to be the biggest compliment. I maintain constant contact with my clients whether there is new information about the transaction or not. I keep the process on track every step of the way, from pre-approval through close and even afterwards to make sure there are no loose ends. My goal is to keep things as stress free as possible through to the closing table. In this industry, if you take care of the buyer/ seller they will take care of you

Buyer reviewTerri was available to me to view many, many houses - some I missed out on because I had a contingency. She was instrumental in advocating for me with my purchase offers and dealing with the seller's or their agents. She quickly prepared the contracts for my offers to the sellers so my offers were able to be considered. She definitely dealt with the deposit money/escrow very well. I never had to worry about the escrow one bit, When I had an escrow check returned to me, she continually kept me posted on the process and checked to make sure my check was returned. Terri was always available to me to answer and/or explain any issues or questions regarding my new home. Even a week after I moved in and I came upon on issue, she was available and helped me through it. My overall experience was fantastic. If it wasn't for Terri, I wouldn't have found the perfect house for me. She treated me as if I was her only client - incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you Terri for all your hard work.
