With over 19 years of Sales and Marketing experience, Real Estate transactions became a very natural and enjoyable transition for me. After receiving my bachelor's degree in Business Management and minoring in Psychology from Rockford University, my career plan was to some day run and organize my own work schedule and interact on a personal level with clients. Over the years, I was fortunate to be mentored by some highly respected business professionals, and work for some very good companies in different forms of sales and leadership positions. This experience allowed me to learn contracts, negotiation tactics, and advanced organizational skills used in every real estate transaction. Fundamentally, I did not want to just buy or sell a house, I wanted to supply the highest level of customer support and satisfaction throughout the entire process through open transparent communication, up-to-date technology, and professional industry-leading consultation. As I continue my dual-career in sales and as a REALTOR, I focus my attention on quality over quantity, giving each client I work with the individualized attention required. It's so different and he helped with every facet. Even after the sale I found the sellers wedding dress in the attic. He followed up in a heartbeat and the seller was very happy. My brother used Tim when he recently purchased his new place, so it was a no brainer that I'd use him again when we started looking for our new forever home. Tim was very attentive to our needs with finding a house that was suitable for our family and the needs of my disabled husband. He went over and above in communicating with the sellers realtor getting necessary answers and extra showings made available to help in our decision making. I'm typically stressed with day to day things and thought I would never be able to get through the process of selling a house and then purchasing a forever home. Tim knocked it out of the park from the beginning to the end, always answering the phone and questions when I needed it. Tim is extremely professional and has a great personality, a perfect combination for what I needed out of an agent. The hardest part was finding a new property and Tim diligently hammered that out with the little time we spent to build the knowledge base of knowing what I was looking for.
