Tyra Lynn Ewoldt did such a fantastic job of finding our house for us! Since we were moving to FL from NJ, she even drove the distance from each perspective house to our employer to be sure that it was within our parameters. After we moved in, Tyra called when a hurricane was forecast to be sure that we knew what to do and had all we needed. Hearing that we did not have storm shutters, she arranged for a handyman to help us purchase plywood and put them up. With such personalized service, we knew that Tyra was the person that we wanted to sell our home for us when we moved back to NJ to be with our children. The week we put the house up for sale the covid lockdown started. We did not want people in the house for several weeks, but as soon as we were comfortable having people in the house, Tyra did a fantastic job bringing in buyers, and in just a few days the house was sold at full price. She used the latest drone technology to take pictures of the house, and they were fabulous. We can't say enough about the great job that Tyra did! We wish she had a NJ license to help us find our house here. We have bought and sold several houses over the past years, and Tyra is by far the best, most professional, helpful, and caring agent we have ever had. We recommend her to anyone who tells us that they are moving to FL. Tyra even suggested that my husband become a real estate agent. Due to her encouragement, my husband passed the NJ realtors exam. Tyra even called to see how he was coming along with his studies and testing. He is now waiting for his license from the Commission due in a few days. Thanks to Tyra, my husband now has a new career in real estate.
