He has worked very hard and he has achieved the highest award in the CENTURY 21 System. He has attended Continuing Education Courses and has achieved the GRI designation. Omar was born in Guyana, South America, paternal roots from India. He is the proud father of two grown sons and six grandchildren. He loves to sing and he is very active person in the West Indian Community helping to raise funds for religious groups and organizations.

Seller reviewOmar sold my land! He was responsible and efficient . He answered ever question and called within hours of my calling. This was a very small sale, he did not diminish his service to me because of the small commission he received. That says a lot about Omar's character and professional standard. We need more real estate agents like Omar in the business.

Buyer reviewOmar Hazrat was a go-getter from the start. Obviously his awards displayed on his wall's offices are for a history of getting the job done! Omar was the 1st of 3 referred agents directed to my inquiry. He also followed up with an email within 2 hours of the initial email. During that time the other 2 agents only emailed me to give them a call & then forgot about me I guess. Lazy agents that do not deserve my business. Omar has been more than willing to go beyond normal parameters and has shepherded both of my purchases with expedited closings and would recommend without hesitation.
