My husband and I have one daughter who is married and lives in Chicago IL. We have two little chihuahua's that are part of our family. We enjoy traveling, RV'ing, Football, motorcycles and old cars. Seller reviewSince the property being sold was a 2nd home and not my primary residence, JoAnn Hemelrick did a lot of things well beyond what could be expected from a listing agent. She cleaned the house, rearranged furniture, waited for new appliances to be delivered/installed, power washed the walkways and pool deck, and most likely other things I never even knew about. JoAnn went above and beyond in every aspect of the listing/sale. I feel very fortunate to have had her for this very important transaction. I would recommend JoAnn to anyone -- for both buying and selling a home in the Ocala, FL area!

Due to this advice we were able to out bid another buyer by $200 which was enough to culminate the deal. Overall just a really decent person who never lost interest in what was best for us.
