Then she found the perfect buyer very quickly, and negotiated all the aspects of the sale successfully and smoothly. Throughout the process she became not just our realtor but also our friend. My parents (who don't have smart phones, but did have a house full of 40 years of furniture and personal belongings, and are in their 80's) needed lots of help and lots of patience. Alice went above and beyond. I communicated with her daily, first by email and then in person in the last days of the sale when I came there. Alice is an experienced, knowledgeable real estate professional, but even more importantly she's a caring person who really looks out for her clients' interests.
