He helped me with everything l needed to sale my house. Seller reviewArt Vachon went the extra mile by hiring a professional photographer at his own expense. The pictures looked beautiful on line and attracted out of state buyers. His description was thorough and excellent. He walked me through all the necessary steps, helped with finding contractors to do necessary repairs and negotiated well with the realtor of the prospective buyers. When I first met with him, I told him how stressful my past house selling experiences had been. He made every effort to make this less stressful and helped in every way. I don't know if I would have gotten through this without him. Art Vachon was very patient, respectful and very understanding of my concerns. He explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly. He's very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and always responded to my calls. Art was extremely helpful finding contractors and helping me get rid of large items I would not be taking. I felt I could completely trust him. He was the utmost professional in all our dealings. It was the best experience I've ever had with a realtor. I would recommend him to anyone, without reservation.

Buyer reviewArt Vachon did a great job, he kept me in the loop at all times, developed a strong working relationship with sellers agent, gave me good solid advice during the offer and counter offer period, there were multiple offers however we prevailed with very little back and fourth. I told Art I didn't want to insult anyone with an offer that was too far out of range. It appears we didn't and I am great full for the professionalism. Art Vachon also made my life much easier by setting up closing and working directly with attorneys. Very smooth transaction. I will recommend Art Vachon and your company without hesitation.
