Seller reviewBetsy did a great job handling the sale of my condo - she is friendly and easy-going, easy to communicate with, but also saavy, smart when she needs to be to handle difficult and delicate situations that came up along the way - and we had several of those. Her experience in the real estate field shows. It is important to me to know that I am the most important person in the transaction to service and she did that. I would use her again in the future for sale or purchase.

Buyer reviewI met with a few different brokers, but Betsy was the only one who really seemed interested in getting me what I wanted without trying to talk me into somewhere or something different. She did a good job listening to my needs and I never felt pressured about anything. She was very prompt and always available. When it came to the closing she got everyone else to "hurry up" due to time restrictions on my end. Will definitely recommend Betsy to anyone and use her for any future real estate needs I may have

Betsy did a fantastic job, just like she did 11yrs ago finding us this property. She priced it well and got it sold in a matter of hours. We couldn't be more please. We just can't praise her enough for her efforts. She helped get the house on the market by taking the time to visit with the contractor and making excellent marketing and strategic recommendations, which were key to the sale of the property. It was perfect. Betsy shouldered most of the stress. With being out of state, and trying to sell this property that was the best think that could have happened. It was incredible the way she took charge and made the sale happen. Hooray for Betsy. She did it! Thank you Betsy!!! Go Betsy, go Betsy!!!
