Dan Moriarty, from start to finish, had one goal: finding us our first home. In a seller's market, we were forced to make quick decisions. Dan made sure that before making these quick decisions, we had all of the information necessary to ensure that we were making the right decisions. While we all felt rushed, I never felt frantic. Dan was approachable, accessible, and knowledgeable. When he was presented with one of my many questions or hypotheticals that he could not answer comfortably, he immediately contacted his supervisor. It was evident that a team, with Dan as the captain, was helping us through this process. What impressed me the most was Dan's investment in the process. He was not there to simply find us our home; Dan was there as our guide. Dan memorized our priorities and focused on our overall wellbeing, for which we express our sincerest gratitude. He would often reach out to check in on us: to ask if we had questions, concerns, or to simply ask "are you doing okay?" Whenever we expressed uncertainty or anxiety, Dan would call to see if there was something he could do. He would always resolve our issues, whether it be in his own ways or by finding the appropriate person to contact. Dan is simply a fantastic person. That's the easiest way to put it. He made all efforts to find us the best house to make our home, and he succeeded. During each tour, he helped us orient ourselves within the house and the community. It's one thing to tour a house; it's another for your realtor to walk with you and explain why or why not our visions would fit in that house. He also spent the time, when possible, speaking with neighbors about the community. My neighborhood loves Dan and considers him a part of it. I do too! When you hire Dan (because you probably should), you're hiring an advocate, a teacher, and a counselor. You'll be hard pressed to find a realtor that is as excited about his career and as passionate about his clients as Dan is.
