I will present offers, rendering professional advice when needed, follow up on buyer inspections, financing issues, appraisals and info for attorneys. Together, we will market your home to a successful closing. I am a full time licensed Realtor in the State of Connecticut, and I work closely with my husband, Joe Krist, also a full time Realtor. Together we have over 45 years of experience in the Connecticut real estate market covering residential and commercial, land, condos, single family and multi-family properties from Torrington to Woodstock, Pawcatuck to Saybrook, and everywhere in between. My home had the wrong square footage listed at the town hall. This certainly affected the value of my home by quite a bit. Frost Krist discovered this error and helped me straighten out this discrepancy. With her expert advice, I was able to prepare my home properly for sale. She sold my home in less than two weeks.
