As a first time owner there were may things i didn't understand but Kate help me through each step with great leadership. Most of all she help me purchase the home that was the right home for me and my family. Never rushed me to purchase just any home! Payed attention to me and my families needs. Kate even made time on her days off to convenient me. I cant say enough for her service to me and my family. I must say the final touch she added was a Home Sweet Home sign with a card for the Ayala's. (Wife loved it !!!!) Classy touch from a classy lady. I would highly recommend Kate to any of my collies, friends and family. Very happy customer, truly blessed to have Kate as my guard en angel through this huge and life changing process. Buyer reviewWe began the home buying process about 6 months ago and our friend recommended that we call Kate Lange. And we are so glad we did!! Kate went above and beyond our expectations in all categories. Kate is kind, genuine and knowledable. As new homebuyers we had LOTS of questions and she was available any time during the day to talk. Kate was always on time to inspections, open houses and truly has the best interest of the buyer. We had very specific towns and land requirements, and Kate helped us find houses worth seeing. We never felt like our time was wasted. When we went to put in an offer, she helped us fill out the paperwork and made sure that we understood every part of the process. She was very calm, yet assertive when communicating what we needed when negotiating with the sellers. We are so grateful to have Kate and we highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home! We can't thank her enough!
