We began the home buying process about 6 months ago and our friend recommended that we call Kate Lange. And we are so glad we did!! Kate went above and beyond our expectations in all categories. Kate is kind, genuine and knowledable. As new homebuyers we had LOTS of questions and she was available any time during the day to talk. Kate was always on time to inspections, open houses and truly has the best interest of the buyer. We had very specific towns and land requirements, and Kate helped us find houses worth seeing.
