Maryann Stanley helped our family find our first duplex in 2021. She was extremely responsive, paid attention to detail, and made us feel so safe. Not only was she sure to schedule and attend every showing with us, but she would be the first to walk down the flight of basement stairs, for instance, so that if there was any danger, she'd encounter it first. It was those little things that would make us feel so safe. She attended our inspection, and made sure to ask questions and ensure that we understood the entire process. Her experience speaks for itself, as she was very well versed with the language of the inspector and knowledgable about all of the critical components to ask about. In the height of the pandemic, there was pressure to settle for less than the best, but she wouldn't let us, and was patient and hard working until she found the perfect property for our family and future tenants. So when we were purchasing our primary residence two years later, there was no question whether we would use her again. Of course, Maryann exceeded all of our expectations the second time around. If I can't say any more about her expertise as an agent (which is supreme), her personality and affect are equally amazing. She's a pleasure to speak to, she's respectful and professional but will not hesitate to tell you what she thinks, especially when she knows it will impact your experience in the potential home you are looking at. She is funny, and also smart as a whip. Her personality is only matched by her expertise. Another reason our family loves Maryann is because she's got great vision. If moms have mom instinct, Maryann has agent's instinct. What can I say, she just knows! Her gut instincts are always proven right. When we were looking at houses, we were initially very tunnel visioned on what we thought we wanted. Maryann respectfully obliged our requests and showed us several homes in our buy box. However, because of her great vision, she also sent us a property that she knew would be what we needed. While that particular house was sold to other buyers, it opened up our eyes to an aspect of our search that we were missing, and eventually brought us to our dream home. As I said, she has great vision, and we are forever indebted to her! Finally, while we were looking for our house, we were also helping our mother in law look for her home. Of course, we recommended Maryann, and she helped both families find our homes, and we closed within weeks of each other. I knew my mother in law would be safe in her hands, and she surely was. Maryann is a rockstar agent and deserving of every title there is to award her. I would use her again without batting an eye, and would recommend her to my closest friends.
