Having lived in Marlborough for the last 42 years, I am very familiar with Marlborough and surrounding areas and have watched these areas grow and become home to others to enjoy as much as I have. Seller reviewPreparing for my home sale seemed a daunting task. Nancy Weiner's great sense of humor on our first meeting was an encouraging sign. In addition, she is professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This helped make the task less daunting. I knew from the outset that we would have a good working relationship. Nancy is very good at establishing rapport and trust quickly. Nancy did a great job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Her phone calls, emails and texts were a wealth of information that helped me make decisions and understand what was expected of me. She was usually available when I had a question. If not available, she would get back to me quickly. She is a responsible, dependable and trustworthy agent. I believe we had a very comfortable and workable relationship from the initial phone call to the closing. Nancy Weiner's personality and knowledge made that possible. I think she is an asset to your company.

Buyer reviewOur house hunting journey was a year long roller coaster but having Nancy Weiner made the process less stressful. Once Nancy knew what we were looking for she continuously went above and beyond helping us find our forever home. On the days where we wanted to give up, she helped keep us motivated. When we had questions Nancy was always available by phone or email. There were many houses we looked at that were "not for us" but she never gave her input or opinion unless asked. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and her guidance made all the difference in our overall experience. We truly can't say enough about Nancy, we wouldn't be where we are now if it weren't for her.
