Seller reviewNicole Nass was great about going out of her way to put back on the market in short notice, retaking pictures, setting up an open house for me in short notice, and answering the million and one questions I had throughout the process. Very professional and comforting during the process. Nicole Nass was trustworthy and did not get the vibe of being pushy on sale. A friend who referred her let me know she was patient and great about finding something that fits me and my budget. Nicole Nass was great about communicating even in late hours of the evening and getting back usually within minutes. She made me feel like I matter and felt comfortable to ask questions. Answered several questions that I had that were not part of the realtor part as well. For example, helped answer questions/interpret paperwork and concerns that were part of the mortgage and lawyer side. Nicole Nass felt prepared and knowledgeable about the choices I was making after communications with my realtor throughout the process. It felt like working with a great friend rather than a realtor. Nicole Nass and her husband both do real estate and it was great being able to discuss with both of them about questions or have the capability to see houses with one, the other, or both.
