Seller reviewPeter made me feel comfortable from the first minute I met him. He is a great listener. He took the time to hear about the history of our organization and toured our entire campus. his appraisal of one of our vacant buildings on our campus was right on. The board decided to hold off on that sale but did agree to ask Peter to appraise property we also owned across the street. As I mentioned we received full price in less than 2 weeks. Peter it has been an honor to work with you on this project.

Buyer reviewPeter was a excellent realtor that I was very fortunate to be able to have met through century 21 during my relationship with working with him I experienced a Health issue that restricted my ability to do much of anything because of was bed ridden for several weeks and Peter reassured me that he would help me in anyway necessary to make sure I would be able to purchase / close on my Condominium and he did just that it was a pleasure & a good experience working with Peter he was a very Compassionate & showed a lot of concern for me while I was stricken and without his help I woukf not have felt confident that everything was going to work out but it did I appreciate everything that Peter did to help me in my time of need

Buyer reviewI had a terrific experience with Peter. I started to look for a new home over the winter when there wasn't really anything on the market. When I started working with Peter, I let him know what I thought I was looking for and he kept me informed of everything that was coming to market, even some towns I was not initially looking in. Several months later when I found the places I was interested in viewing came to market, he was able to set up times to view the properties in a timely fashion. After selecting my location he was able to communicate with the sellers quickly and wrap up the deal.
