I needed to sell my mom's house in Storrs while I lived out of state. After an initial in person meeting and walk through as I was getting the house emptied, Peter literally took care of everything for me that needed to be done to the house after I returned home. Not only did he do extensive research to appropriately price and market the house, but he met inspectors, friends, and junk removal people for me so I didn't have to make the 12 hour+ trip back and forth multiple times. He walked me through the process of selling and negotiating with care and professionalism, and we got a great price and a great deal on the house. 100% recommend!
