I have worked with many buyers and sellers who have relocated. I, myself moved during my school years and while raising children and know the obstacles that are encountered and the opportunities for growth during those times.I began a career in Real Estate when I had 3 middle school children. Juggling their schedules helped me become sensitive to the needs of other people with and without children. I have learned much about different areas and different requirements vital to the sale or purchase of a home and I know I can be a good source of information for those who want to benefit from my information and integrity.

My husband and I were first-time buyers, and Elaine was so patient with us in explaining the process in detail and answering our many questions. She was extremely responsive when a new house went up for sale or we needed to place an offer quickly. Elaine also helped us navigate a very challenging marketplace, and encouraged us to keep our hopes up and trust that our perfect house was out there. Once it came time to work through the purchase process, Elaine made sure we understood each requirement. She relayed communication between us and the sellers, and connected us with excellent mortgage and home inspection resources. She was always quick to respond and took whatever time was necessary to settle any concerns or questions we had as sellers. It was very reassuring to have someone we trusted explain the more complex side of selling a home. Elaine also has excellent experience and was very knowledgeable which was crucial for allowing us to make the right decisions throughout the sale. Overall, working with Elaine was nothing short of a delight. Real estate in general can be very stressful and this whole process was made simple because of her. We were always aware of the plan and what needed to be completed. Being kept in the loop at all times took a lot of weight off our shoulders.
