Buyer reviewHollie showed us the first property we were interested in and we stayed with her until we made settlement. We never considered contacting any other realtor. She was absolutely the best!! Professional, competent and friendly. She respected our budget and was helpful in every way to ensure that we found what we wanted.

Her questions were designed to have us look at properties that fit into our budget and gave us what we wanted and needed. Upon finding the house that we liked, Hollie helped with the home inspection. She answered all our questions and negotiated appropriate resolutions to the items that needed to fixed. I highly recommend Hollie Ingham and would go to her first. She has excellent listening skills. She is professional, courteous, and easy to talk to.

Buyer reviewHollie handled any issues primarily and would only reach out when assistance was needed from us. She was able to use her connections and relationships with local insurance carrier to nail down required documentation to be able to start the closing process. Without her intervention and relationship with insurance carrier to get what was needed we would most likely fell out of contract during the last week of the process. Her experience and relationships with the local community were key in helping us decide the area we wanted to be in. The home inspectors where professional and provided excellent documentation and helped us understand what we were getting into.
