He basically held my hand through the entire process as it was my first time selling a home, but John was sure to explain each and every step until I was satisfied I understood everything that was going on. I was relieved to find someone I could fully trust to take care of both myself and the property to the best of his ability. John made the entire process, which I had been dreading, quick, smooth, and painless. Couldn't be happier. John was a great agent. Was so relieving to find someone I could fully trust with the sale of my property. He walked me through each step of the process at a pace that was comfortable for me. He kept me up to date on every new development and was always available and ready with an answer to any random question that may have popped into my head at all hours of the day. I couldn't have asked for anything more in an agent. With John it was nice to have basically all the worries and burden of stress when selling a property totally lifted off my shoulders.

Buyer reviewI viewed over a dozen properties with John and his background in home construction was extremely helpful in identifying issues or being able to tell me if work done to the home was done right. This also gave him a long contact list of great people I worked with from the home inspector to general contractors. He always told me his true opinion instead of just trying to get me to settle on a home which really helped me to stay patient throughout the process. Even after I settled on a home John has still reached out to check in

Seller reviewJohn did great work! Previous realtor from another company bailed on selling my property. John took the whole situation over and did phenomenal work. From dealing with the time difference while I was in Korea and then Alaska he answered at anytime I had a question. All paperwork was sent with follow up emails and phone calls. There were zero issues with John, and it made selling a house a great experience. To furthermore the great work, John also coordinated all renovations and contractors at the house. He scheduled, made the house available, and also made sure the work was legit. Outstanding knowledge of the business and I would fly him anywhere in the world to buy or sell my future house.
