Nicolette was professional, knowledgeable and all around great. If I texted or left a message I heard back almost immediately. I felt bad to call on a Sunday so I'd text her hoping for a response on Monday but she cheerfully called me back in minutes. She was so patient with us when we changed our minds - twice!
