We live about 1 hr 30 minutes away from Ocean City (where we were looking and purchased), so Patrick would visit properties we were interested in to take videos (with owners/selling agents permission), then follow up with us about his honest feedback and whether a place was worth us visiting or not. Although we did not purchase a property that he videoed for us, we looked at another one the day we decided on this one that he had done that for us. He also never shared displeasure with us if we had to cancel an appointment. He was amazing with our needs when looking...whether it was helping us manage our toddler, my husband's disability, or my work schedule! He is extremely flexible. We would use him again to buy a home or sell the one we just bought. We are using him to help us rent out the one we just bought!

Seller reviewWe bought our home through Patrick and he was immensely helpful in that process so there was no doubt that we would use him again when we had to sell the house. The first contract on the sale of our house fell through the day before closing. So many small things (our septic tank failed inspection, a leak started in the wall behind some plumbing) kept popping up and made this a terrror or a sales process. However, Patrick was with us every step of the way and helped bring us to the finish line.

Truly a good man who enjoys his work and wants the best for his clients. He pays very good attention to detail of the homes and if they would have been a good fit. Patrick was able to schedule viewings very quickly and kept an open communication. Very knowledgeable and patient when I was not aware of certain tasks or information when dealing with different homes. He is someone I would recommend to anyone looking for a home.
