I have been a resident of Florida for forty seven years, residing in Pinellas County until recently. After an extensive home search of my own, I relocated with my wife and our youngest daughter to Hernando County in 2017. My career as a Paramedic and Firefighter/EMT has afforded me the opportunity to raise my children and spend time renovating and improving the homes in which we have lived. We have purchased five homes over the past 30 years and have enjoyed making each one unique to the changing needs of our family. From this experience, I understand and respect the importance of selecting the right property for your family's needs. Every detail and concern, no matter how big or small, matters. Seller reviewPatrick went above and beyond in helping me prepare my mother's home (which I inherited) for sale. I've sold many homes before and he has been by far the easiest realtor to work with. I will be reccomending him to whoever needs his services. He found the right contractors to make necessary improvements and personally shopped for items the house needed. He even repaired the garage door and installed new locks so I would not have to hire someone else. I plan on using his services to purchase my own home in the near future.
