His reputation for outstanding customer service comes from 15+ years as a merited Logistics Manager where his natural ability to master the art of communications, effectively coordinate the process and execute immediately; ensured satisfaction for everyone. When the opportunity arose for Raynard to enter into Real Estate, he seized the opportunity.
