Hi! I am Rhys Phillips, your local Central Florida Realtor, specializing in both Commercial and Residential Real Estate. I have been in the industry for over 7 years and know the ins and outs of the real estate in Florida! I have a designation in RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) which helps with this fast-paced market!
As a realtor, my first priority is to find my clients the perfect house that fits their needs or sell their house for the value they deserve! I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free. With my knowledge and connections in the real estate industry, my clients will always find the best homes available as well as sell at a premium price. My clients range from experienced home owners and investors who buy and sell on a regular basis to new first-time home buyers/sellers who need my guidance through the entire process. Even though home buying or selling can be exhausting and a huge financial decision, my clients can depend on me to walk them through it!!
