I am a real estate broker with a strong professional education in law and accounting (JD, MBA). This helps me understand and close, successfully, all types of real estate transactions and business transfers. My goal is bringing parties together in detailed and complicated situations, working with attorneys and accountants properly, to achieve a successful result. I prefer to facilitate a win/win transaction by listening to the parties and using my knowledge to match their needs. I served as the Director of the Century 21 University of Learning for Dade County, Broward County and Palm Beach County, Florida for eleven years. This experience gave me a solid foundation in all types of real estate challenges, especially those in the complex and varied South Florida market.
