Buyer reviewI originally started using her for another property listed on Redfin and liked her so I continued to use her for other properties that I was looking at Since I was a first time homebuyer she was very helpful on the process and help me get through the purchase easily She did a great job getting me through the purchase and I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell

I was about to deploy for several months and we were interested in buying a home even during my absence. Mary Ann stepped up to the plate and diligently worked with my husband throughout those months. We continued our search even upon my return home and ended up finding the home that was for us. She guided us and directed us every single step of the way. Any questions we had for her she was quick to respond whether phone call, text, or email. We were brand new to this process and she made it seamless for us. She is an exemplary woman and we can tell she has a true passion for what she does. We are so thankful Mary Ann was our realtor. And I do mean all over being new to the area I didn't realize how far apart some of the homes were. Thank you Maryann for your time and patience! Maryann was able to explain everything to me and help me understand. She was always there to answer any question; day or night. And wouldn't hesitate to fit my schedule on when we were to meet up and look at a property. All in all it was a great experience. I rate it a 10/10

She's the first real estate agent we've worked with, and we were thrilled that she knew the Sarver/Freeport area well. If it wasn't for her flexibility and dedication to her clients, there's no way we would have gotten to see our house as quickly as we did and make an offer before someone else's was accepted. She was an advocate for us throughout the entire home buying process and never made us feel as though we were a bother. Buyer reviewMary Ann Tegethoff has such a deep understanding of both seller and buyer needs and this was apparent to us when negotiating a competitive offer on two competitive houses. She was also fantastic at making creative suggestions that could help us improve our offer, while also staying very respectful of our limits. She never pressured, but offered her ideas in a professional, courteous way. She was exceptionally responsive and worked long nights to assist us. Mary Ann and I had no connection before our real estate endeavors, but I trust her completely and would absolutely work with her again. I know she has our back.
