Buyer reviewFinding a nice house and going through the buying process is hard and stressful. The process is even more stressful when trying to buy a house while living in a different state. Daniel made the whole process less stressful. He is proactive and attentive and promptly responded to concerns. Daniel's knowledge of local properties is good and he showed patience until our final decision. The kind of house and the location of the house is perfectly in line with what we wanted. Also, the price we finally paid for the house turned out to be over 10k less than the appraisal value. I would strongly recommend Daniel.
