Seller reviewThe sale of this home was a FSBO, the buyer and seller came to agreement on pricing and approximate closing date, however, David assisted with facilitating the legal documentation and coordinated the efforts with the title company. he always kept both the buyer and seller informed on issues and resolved them as they came up. I would hight recommend David Acamovic to anyone seeking out a quailfied realtor to market their property. We are very satisfied with his performance and willingness to provide a service at a reasonable fee.

Fortunately, we were in a position to be flexible with the closing date because we already had another home to move into. David Acamovic deftly juggled all of the steps needed toclose the deal. David Acamovic went above and beyond keeping us informed, and guided us through the inspection process every step of the way to ensure everything was done to the buyer's satisfaction. He only showed us homes that met our criteria. He was never made us feel pressure to buy a certain house. He answered our questions without prejudice, giving us the freedom to make our own decisions. He was kind and understanding and never made us feel like we were a burden or bothering him when we had questions, concerns or wanted to look more houses. I have dealt with several other realtors in the past and have had bad experiences. David was great from beginning to end and he will definitely be the first call I make if we decide to sell in the future.
