Lorenzo was extremely helpful with the purchase of our first home. When I called Lorenzo I was considering another realtor but had many questions my current realtor couldn't/ didn't answer. When first speaking to Lorenzo he gave us the break down of how the home buying process works and all the things that will happen and could happen. He was so knowledgeable and helpful after our first talk we decided right then and there he was our realtor. Lorenzo was very communicative with us and always got back to us within the hour. During these covid times in 2020 homes were only lasting a couple days on the market. Whenever we contacted him about a house, he made it a priority to get us to see that home as soon as possible. Once we found THE ONE, he made a suggestion that ended up getting our offer accepted! Lorenzo was great and we would definitely recommend him to our family and friends! While Lorenzo was out of town on vacation, he still kept in touch. Whenever there was a house we wanted to see, he had a back up plan and had one of his colleagues meet us! I appreciate his dedication and the dedication of the other realtor that met with us! Great experience with this team and Lorenzo!

We've worked with plenty of other agents in the past years and none of them were as good as him. We're talking older, with more experience and went above any other agent we've worked with. We now have a home the other agents could not get us. He was very professional, patient and thoughtful. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone. Wish him a lot of luck! We trusted him with everything he did and said Excellent agent. Others should look at him as an ideal example. He tried to help us as much as he could. I think the money was well handled. The loan officer sucked though. And in there, money could have been better. But it wasn't Lorenzos fault.
