Buyer reviewIn 2016, we decided to buy a home in Arizona. Out of the ten agents we called from our home in Canada, Monica was the only one who listened long enough to decide we were actually capable of buying a house. Personal illness and covid caused delay. Yet Monica stuck with us for seven years, making herself available to answer questions about houses and areas as needed. Monica kept us informed of new listings daily for the seven years, and Monica helped us change our search parameters as our market knowledge grew. Because of the extensive market knowledge Monica helped us acquire, we were able to buy a very well priced home on the second day it was for sale, despite being four thousand miles away. Because of our trust in Monica, we are now happy home owners.
